    I think it is only right that the State ask for help in paying for Michael’s Memorial. I am a big fan and gave a donation to help give him the send off he deserved. The memorial was for fans as the family had already had theirs so asking us to chip in is right and the state shouldn’t be expected to pay for the police and such else just for us. Great memorial it was too :0)
